METHOD FOR REOPERATING GAS BOILER DUE TO ABNORMAL OPERATING

PURPOSE: A method for reoperating a gas boiler due to abnormal operating is provided to analyze abnormal operation of the boiler by unitely determining a spark plug, a flame rod, and the number of rotations of a ventilating fan and perform the appropriate responding operation, thereby improving the reliability of the boiler. CONSTITUTION: A method for reoperating a gas boiler due to abnormal operating includes the steps of performing prepurge to each part by turning on the system(S4), reoperating the system due to ignition error if a flame rod is not turned on after operating a spark plug during performing the prepurge(S14), reoperating the system if the number of rotations is sharply increased during normal combustion after performing the prepurge by determining the state as an exhaust shutdown(S38), detecting whether the flame rod is in the state of turning off if the state is not determined as the exhaust shutdown(S50), and performing normal combustion if the flame rod is in the state of turning on and otherwise, reoperating the system due to accidental fire on the way.
