PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing refrigerator vehicle in which a secondary battery is mounted which is capable of cooling the inside of a container even if a travelling engine is interrupted, and even when a traffic accident happens, no damage from the secondary battery occurs with high safety and with an inundation countermeasure and maintenance being easy.
