CERAMIC PACKAGE TO REDUCE DEFECTIVE PROPORTION IN BRAZING OF LID BY INSERTING LID TO GROOVE

摘要

PURPOSE: A ceramic package is provided to improve productivity and to reduce defective proportion in brazing of a lid by inserting the lid to a groove. CONSTITUTION: A SAW duplexer includes a chip(400) as a filter, a ceramic package(410), a wire(420) for connecting the chip to the ceramic package, and a lid(430). A groove(415) of quadrangle is formed at the upper side of the ceramic package. Thereby, the lid is inserted to the groove of the ceramic package in order to improve cohesive and sealed force of the lid.
