PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power measuring apparatus capable of safely and moreover, of accurately measuring electric power, and achieving both compactness and low prices. SOLUTION: The electric power measuring apparatus is provided with both a voltage-measuring probe 2 for detecting a voltage V via capacitive coupling with an electric wire 100, and outputting an induced voltage Vv and a control part 42 (phase correction part) for correcting the phase of a voltage waveform on the induced voltage Vv. The control part 42 acquires the voltage waveform of the voltage V, by correcting the phase of the voltage waveform of the induced voltage Vv on the basis of the phase differenceϕd, between a second waveform in phase with the voltage waveform of the voltage V and the voltage waveform of the induced voltage Vv and then computes electric power, on the basis of the voltage waveform of the voltage V and the current waveform of a current I.
