PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile chamber system and a testing method by the mobile chamber system, capable of collecting causative substances of sick building syndrome on the basis of the actual conditions of usage of building materials, furniture, etc. used for buildings at building sites. SOLUTION: The mobile chamber system 1 is provided with a chamber provided for a load-carrying platform of a vehicle, a filter 20 for cleaning air to be fed into the chamber, a thermo-hygrostat 21 for keeping cleaned air at prescribed temperature and prescribed humidity, a heater for keeping the inside of the chamber at a prescribed temperature, and an air collection device for collecting air in the chamber. Test members, such as building materials and furniture, are housed in the chamber, which is provided in such a way as to by moved by the vehicle, to collect air in the chamber containing substances that are diffused from the test members.
