PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of a pile head portion capable of simplifying maintenance of heat medium piping and improving working efficiency and safety at a job site in construction, when a foundation pile is utilized as an underground heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In this constitution of the pile head portion of a hollow ready-made pile utilizing the hollow ready-made pile as the underground heat exchanger by placing the piping for circulating heat medium in the hollow ready-made pile as the foundation pile of a structure, a pile head cover 3 having a hole at its center, is mounted on the pile head portion, and a bent pipe 5 for leading the piping for circulating the heat medium is inserted into the hole of the pile head cover 3 or kept into contact with the circumference of the hole at its one end, and projected from a side face or a top face of foundation concrete 7 at the other end.
