PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify the rate of fluid flow in tubes in a heat exchanger where an inflow port and an outflow port are disposed at sides opposite to each other with the plurality of tubes in between. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises a circulation resistance increasing member 40 mounted inside of at least one of an inlet-side tank portion 10 and an outlet-side tank portion 20 for increasing circulation resistance of the tube connected near a region provided with the inflow port or the outflow port among the plurality of tubes 30, in comparison with the circulation resistance of the tubes connected at a position far from a region provided with the inflow port or the outflow port.
