PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum breaker for effectively preventing the backflow of filthy water in a drain system to the depth of a water supply system with back siphonage due to negative pressure in a water supply pipe when water supply with the water supply pipe is cut off. SOLUTION: The atmospheric pressure type vacuum breaker to be built in a water supply tool comprises a primary side flow path 9f and a secondary side flow path 9h provided inside. A relationship of d2≤d3≤d1 is established among a diameter d1 on the source side of the primary side flow path, a diameter d2 of the secondary side flow path 9h and a diameter d3 of a discharge port a3 of the primary side flow path 9f. The source side of the primary side flow path 9f is conducted to the discharge port a3, and the primary side flow path 9f and the secondary side flow path 9h are arranged in an eccentric fashion so that the secondary side flow path 9h has no contact with the source side of the primary side flow path 9f and with the discharge port a3.
