PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk unit capable of easily switching destination for transmitting driving force among a plurality of destinations for transmitting driving force. SOLUTION: A second engaging gear 752B moves in the direction in which it leaves gears 753A, 753B, 753C with which the second engaging gear 752B is meshed by turning an oscillating pedestal part 752 by turning a gear pedestal part 751 when switching the gears 753A, 753b, 753c in a gear train 753 for transmitting driving force. Next, the second engaging gear 752B returns into a condition in which the direction of a line of oscillating direction of the oscillating pedestal part 752 agrees with the radial direction from a shaft axis of the gear pedestal part 751 toward a first engaging gear 752A before meshing with the gears 753A, 753B, 753C for transmitting driving force.
