PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric operated door mirror device for allowing easy mounting of a final gear and a clutch while reducing friction between a case and a base, and to provide a rotor connecting structure to be used for the same. SOLUTION: The rotor connecting structure comprises a clutch spring 94 connected between the inner periphery of a ring portion 86 of a worm wheel 84 and the outer periphery of a shaft 18 with the energizing force of the shaft 18 in the shafting direction parallel to the axial direction in such a manner that the worm wheel 84 is non-rotatable relative to the shaft 18. The clutch spring 94 is thrust by a sloping guide portion 106 formed on the inner periphery of the ring portion 86 when assembling the worm wheel 84, whereby the clutch spring 94 is elastically deformed against the energizing force with a gear side engaging portion 100 to be fitted to an engaging recessed portion 104.
