摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the plastic deformation capacity of a flat metal plate by suppressing premature shear buckling of the flat metal plate until the flat metal plate is subjected to a yield point load and stably keeping a yield shear strength against the growth of a buckling waveform after the yield load, in the approximately rectangular flat metal plate to which a shear force is primarily applied. SOLUTION: The reinforcement structure 1 of the approximately rectangular flat metal plate is a multi-layered flat metal plate formed by sandwiching an igneous plate member, a rubber plate member and various foamed plate members 4 between metal plates 2 and integrating them. A frame-like framework 3 constituted of the face of a metal strip giving the width is attached to the four circumferential sides in the intermediate part or outside part of the two metal plates.
