PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing resin-containing paper, by which the physical properties of an intermediate layer and the physical properties of outer layers can independently be modified without forming a resin-free portion in the center of the central layer even in paper having large thickness. SOLUTION: This method for producing the resin-containing paper, comprising laminating both the outer layers to the intermediate layer, is characterized by adding the resin to the intermediate layer and impregnating the outer layers with the resin.
