PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure long life and high accuracy of an electronic component loading device.SOLUTION: A beam 16 has a vertical section in the longitudinal direction formed substantially in L-shape at two beam protrusions 16a, 16b. A stator 18b is formed, substantially in U-shape, of a first stator protrusion 18b2 where a permanent magnet is arranged in the longitudinal direction, a second stator protrusion 18b1 where a permanent magnet is arranged in the longitudinal direction, and a stator connection 18b3 for connecting the first stator protrusion 18b2 and the second stator protrusion 18b1. With regard to the beam 16 and the stator 18b, the second stator protrusion 18b1 and one of the two beam protrusions 16a, 16b are brought into contact and fastened with a bolt, and the stator connection 18b3 and the other of the two beam protrusions 16a, 16b are brought into contact and fastened with a bolt. |
