Improved lid with a hinged cap for containers, made from three independent bodies, the first base body (1) having a pourer opening (1a), with an internal threaded section (1b) to fit onto a threaded section of a container; a second upper body (2) or lid that is hinged to the first base body (1) by means of a downward extension (2b) that acts as a hinge and a third external body (3) that fits to the first base body (1) in such a way that it wraps around it externally and laterally. The external third body (3) has a perimeter groove (3a) on the internal side wall aimed at the fitting of a peripheral rib (1c) fitted into the external wall of the first base body (1). The downward extension (2b) has a barb shaped protrusion at the end that may be fitted in a cavity located in the first body (1) between the threaded section (1b) and an intermediate wall.
