PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air volume adjusting device improved in a degree of freedom in layout of air suction openings. SOLUTION: This air volume adjusting device 1A comprises a first damper 20a for opening and closing the first suction opening 2a, a second damper 20b for opening and closing the second suction opening 2b, and a damper driving portion 3 disposed between the first suction opening 2a and the second suction opening 2b, and driving the first damper 20a and the second damper 20b. The damper driving portion 3 comprises a driving force transmitting mechanism for transmitting driving force between the first damper 20a and the second damper 20b to drive two sheets of dampers by a single motor.
