PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature sensor failure determination device performing an accurate failure diagnosis. SOLUTION: The temperature failure determination device detecting a temperature changing according to the operation state of the engine is provided with a failure diagnosis control means provided with a diagnosis function diagnosing whether a temperature sensor fails or not, and restarting the diagnosis function and diagnosing a failure when a fixed time passes after an engine stop if an engine is stopped after operation and a temperature sensor failure determination condition is satisfied.
