<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a confidential document from being illegally taken out while enhancing convenience. <P>SOLUTION: A host-side device uses, for a confidential output job, a paper with tag, and sets and reports a rule to take out to an image output terminal (S104-S118). A printer reports, for the confidential output job, an identifier of the paper with tag and the rule to a monitoring mechanism side in association with each other (S124), and executes print processing using the paper with tag (S125-S126). The monitoring mechanism side registers the identifier and the rule in a database (S130), reads the identifier of an output result when it passes through a gate, specifies the rule by collation thereof with the database, and executes user authentication processing and gate opening and closing control processing to permit a valid user to take out the output result of a confidential document and prohibit an invalid user to take out the output result of the confidential document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
