<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system capable of performing new printing by diverting an already printed medium. <P>SOLUTION: This printing system comprises a printing control section 22 for printing an image on a medium, and a supply control section 21 for supplying an already printed medium or a non-printed medium from a first supply tray storing a bunch of already printed media printed by first print data or a second supply tray storing a bunch of non-printed media. The printing system further comprises a control section 14 that controls selection of the first supply tray or the second supply tray by the supply control section 21 according to a comparison result between the first print data and the second print data obtained by changing the first print data, and controls to allow the printing section 22 to perform the printing on the non-printed medium according to the second print data when the supply control section 21 selects the second supply tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
