<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the predicting precision of a file which a user needs next by accurately associating a plurality of files used under the execution of a series of tasks performed in the past. <P>SOLUTION: Data information relating to data in a window which has become active or inactive is stored in a data information storage means 1 by a monitoring means 3. Afterwards, the interpolation processing of an active period for judging the active period and inactive period of each data is operated, and scores showing the level of relevance between data are calculated according to the duplication rate of the active period between the data after the interpolation processing by an association means 4.
