PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the measurement of blood pressure with higher repetition precision without being affected by piping and wiring connected to cuffs by supporting the apparatus with an ear hook member when a pulse wave signal is detected from changes in light passing through an antilobium or the light reflected on it.

SOLUTION: An ear hook member 54 which is mounted on a holding member 16 adapted to hold an inner cuff 6 to be inserted into an external auditory meatus and an outer cuff 7 positioned outside the antilobium facing each other from the side of a face with respect to at least either the right or left ear is formed in an integral configuration or as a separate member.
