Methods for manufacturing and insulating a cotton mesh heating material are provided to facilitate production of the heating material with a wide width by adding conductive powder and a conductive solution. A method for manufacturing a gauze shaped heating material fabric includes the step of: weaving warp threads(11) arranged like a fabric with a needle while entangling weft threads(10) zigzag like a network, wherein the method is any one of tricot, raschel, milanese, or lace. Addition of a polar line employs any one of a method for bonding the polar line to one of bands made of copper and nickel with an adhesive mixed with carbon and adhesive resin and a method for forming one steel wire by twisting several threads of conductive steel wires, forming collecting lines by collecting the conductive steel wires, and weaving the collecting lines. |
