PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of increasing adhesiveness between a conductor part and a conductive rubber layer while improving an electromagnetic wave shielding property. SOLUTION: This gasket 100 is provided with the plate-like conductor part 10, and the conductive rubber layer fixed to a surface of the conductor part 10 by an adhesive 30, and isolates one-side region K1 from the other-side region K2. The gasket is characterized in that a non-application region T without applying the adhesive 30 thereto is formed between the conductor part 10 and the conductive rubber layer; and the non-application region T is continuously formed, without being discontinued, along a position isolating the one-side region K1 from the other-side region K2.
