PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket capable of fitting a sheet to a frame without sticking and preventing falling off of the sheet during handling. SOLUTION: Before the sheet 20 is fit to the frame, distance L1 joining the outermost sides of pins 42a, 42b is made slightly longer than distance L2 joining the outermost sides of elliptic holes 24a, 24b. The pins 42a, 42b are inserted into the elliptic holes 24a, 24b respectively as compression force is applied toward the inside of the frame 30 so that the distance L1 becomes shorter than the distance L2. After that, when the compression force is released, the frame 30 intends to return to the original size. Therefore, after the sheet 20 is fit to the frame 30, the sheet 20 is fit to the frame 30 as tension is applied. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
