摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the flow rate measurement and control system of a spray device by which adjustment precision is easily improved even when various coating agents such as a releasing agent to be applied to the surface of a mold are applied in a small quantity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The flow rate measurement and control system of the spray device is provided with: a feed pump 2 connected to a discharge adjustment amplifier 3 to feed a prescribed quantity of the coating agent from a coating agent housing part 8; a solenoid valve 4 connected to the feed pump 2; a three way switching valve 5 for a spray nozzle 12 connected to the solenoid valve 4; and a flow rate measurement part 6 in a measurement line 14, from each of the solenoid valve 4 and the three way switching valve 5. The three way switching valve 5 is switched to be closed, the solenoid valve 4 is opened and the flow rate of the coating agent per unit time is measured and calculated by the flow rate measurement part 6. The driving time of each feed pump 2 is controlled to correspond to the optimum feed of the coating agent by the discharge control amplifier 3 according to the measured date and the coating agent is fed and sprayed by the spray nozzle 12 through the feed line 13 from the switched and opened three way switching valve 5.
