PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass powder having viscosity and viscosity controllability suitable for a sealing material, more specifically, having: a softening point of 600°C or less; a temperature difference of 100°C or more between the softening point and the glass transition temperature; viscosity gradually varied to temperature variation; and an average thermal expansion coefficient of 80x10/°C or less in a temperature range of 30-250°C.SOLUTION: The glass powder contains VO, BO, SiOand LiO. When the contents are represented by wt.%, VOis 24-48 wt.%, BOis 20-28wt%, SiOis 5-14wt%, and LiO is 1-7wt%. A total content of these four components is 50 wt.% or more and 75 wt.% or less, and an average particle size is 0.5-10 μm. |
