Disclosed is a device for isolating dry and wet regions of a bathroom, comprising two horizontal guide rails (13) vertically parallel to each other, with two ends of the horizontal guide rails (13) being respectively fixed onto two wall bodies (11); a vertical roller shaft (17) vertically positioned between the two horizontal guide rails (13), with a top end of the vertical roller shaft (17) being connected to one end of the upper horizontal guide rail (13) in a rotatable or snap-fitting manner, and with a bottom end of the vertical roller shaft (17) being connected to one end of the lower horizontal guide rail (13) in a rotatable or snap-fitting manner; a waterproof curtain (15) having a fixed side end and a movable side end, the vertical roller shaft (17) being connected to the fixed side end of the waterproof curtain (15), and a spring winding assembly (21) being arranged at one end of the vertical roller shaft (17); and the spring winding assembly (21) comprising a flat spiral spring, with an outer end joint of the flat spiral spring being connected to the movable side end of the waterproof curtain (15). This device can realize the isolation of dry and wet regions in a narrow space.
