Provided is a frictional adhesive member which, when adhered onto the ball of a finger or the like, is inconspicuous, has good usability, and can exert a certain level of frictional performance to make the shuffling of paper and the operation of a smartphone or the like easy. A frictional adhesive member which comprises at least an olefin non-woven fabric or a urethane non-woven fabric and an adhesive agent layer, and can be adhered directly or indirectly onto the ball of a finger or both the ball and the side of a finger through the adhesive agent layer, wherein the value of the static coefficient of friction of the olefin non-woven fabric or the urethane non-woven fabric is 0.51 to less than 2.0 as measured in accordance with JIS P 8147 (an inclined plane method). |
