The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a dangerous liquid material using electromagnetic wave spectrum analysis. The apparatus for detecting a dangerous liquid material using electromagnetic wave spectrum analysis comprises: an inflammable liquid detection part which judges whether a liquid detection object is a dangerous liquid material by generating an electromagnetic wave signal to irradiate the liquid detection object with the electromagnetic wave signal and analyzing an object reflecting signal dispersion value, which is the dispersion value of the reflection signal reflected from the liquid detection object; an interface part which enables a user to input data or apply a command thereto; and an alarm part which informs the user of the detection results through visual means or auditory means if the dangerous liquid material is detected in the inflammable liquid detection part.
