TABLET SUPPLY APPARATUS AND METHOD OF THE SAME

An embodiment of the present invention provides a device and a method for supplying tablets to a tablet inspection device which is designed to keep tablet supply at a certain level by measuring the quantity of tablets supplied to a rotary plate in real time to inspect tablets. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for supplying tablets comprises: a body having a tablet input part; a supply unit, installed at a side of the body, to store tablets supplied from the tablet input; a rotary plate which forms a bottom surface of the supply unit and rotates slantwise to classify tables in a row and supply them to an upper side part of the supply unit; a laser beam generating part provided at a side of the body to radiate a line laser beam on the rotary plate; an optical module installed on the body at an upper part of the rotary plate to acquire image data by photographing tablets reflected by the line laser beam; and a control part to adjust supply of the tablet input part by determining the quantity of tablets supplied to the rotary plate by using the image data acquired in the optical module.
