An apparatus for manufacturing an integrated dustproof mask, according to the present invention, comprises: a supply unit that supplies an outside skin, a filter member, and an inside skin, wherein the outside skin integrally forms the outsides of a front member, a lower member, and an upper member, the filter member is disposed inside the front, lower, and upper members and is integrally formed to filter foreign substances, and the inside skin integrally forms the insides of the front, lower, and upper members; a superposing unit in which the outside skin, the filter member, and the inside skin, which are supplied from the supply unit, are collected to be superposed on each other, the superposing unit making the outside skin, the filter member, and the inside skin subjected to ultrasonic welding; a cutting unit that cuts the outside skin, the filter member, and the inside skin to form the shape of a mask; a folding unit that folds and moves the front, lower, and upper members, which are supplied from the cutting unit, to form the boundary therebetween; and a finishing unit that cuts and removes the outer peripheries of the front, lower, and upper members that move while being folded to overlap each other through the folding unit. |
