According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method by which an access point (AP) transmits and receives a frame in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving, from STA, an uplink signal including predetermined information; determining whether to transmit, to the STA, information related to the stopping of an EDCA, on the basis of the predetermined information and/or the uplink signal; and transmitting, to the STA, the information related to the stopping of an EDCA when the information related to the stopping of an EDCA is determined to be transmitted to the STA. |
