Provided is an adhesive tape for preventing adhesion of aquatic organisms, which sequentially comprises an antifouling layer, a base layer and an adhesive layer in this order, and wherein: the base layer is formed of a low-cost material; and high adhesion is achieved between the antifouling layer and the base layer without performing an adhesion improving treatment such as a primer treatment or a corona treatment. An adhesive tape for preventing adhesion of aquatic organisms according to the present invention sequentially comprises an antifouling layer, a base layer and an adhesive layer in this order; and the base layer contains an ionomer resin.
