PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culturing method of microalgae or the like capable of efficiently breeding microalgae which belongs to genus euglena.SOLUTION: A culturing method of microalgae in which microalgae is cultured in a liquid containing at least Sake, and a period in which light is irradiated to perform photosynthesis and a period in which photosynthesis is suppressed without irradiating light are repeatedly provided alternately. Ethanol contained in the Sake is adjusted to 0.5 to 3.0 volume%, and the pH is brought to 3.0 to 5.5. |
