The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a unit structure that forms an electrode assembly according to a laminating technique, and an electrochemical device comprising the electrode assembly. The method for manufacturing the electrode assembly, according to the present invention, comprises: a first step of forming a bi-cell having a structure of a first electrode/a separation film/a second electrode/and a first electrode by laminating; a second step of laminating a first separation film on top of one of the two first electrodes; and a third step of laminating in order a second separation film/and the second electrode on top of the other first electrode from the two first electrodes, thereby manufacturing the unit structure.
