PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip which can apply a stable thermal cycle by eliminating electric charge generated in the biochip.SOLUTION: The biochip according to the present invention, in which a reaction liquid 50 is moved in the longitudinal direction by the action of gravity, includes: a container 10 which is filled with a liquid 30, which has a specific gravity smaller than that of the reaction liquid 50 and is immiscible with the reaction liquid 50, and is formed of a transparent material; and a sealing part 40 which seals the container. The volume resistivity of the liquid is larger than 0 &OHgr; cm and is 5×10&OHgr; cm or less. |
