TOUCH-CONTROL LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

A touch liquid crystal display device is provided, including a first substrate and a second substrate which are opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes: a touch layer disposed on a side of the first substrate facing the liquid crystal layer, an insulating layer disposed on a surface of the touch layer and covering the touch layer, and a pixel array structure disposed on a side of the insulating layer far away from the touch layer. The touch layer is disposed between the pixel array structure and the first substrate. In the process, only a filming process and a photo etching process of the touch layer and a deposition process of the insulating layer need to be additionally performed in the process for manufacturing a non-touch liquid crystal display device, so as to obtain a touch liquid crystal display device of the invention, and the process is simple.
