摘要	The invention relates to a wheel brake, in particular a drum brake, which comprises an actuation device (3) and brake shoes (12, 13) that are connected to the actuation device (3) on one side and to a support (72) opposite the actuation device (3) on the other side. The wheel brake (1) further has an automatic reverse mechanism (6) that reduces or prevents the braking action during reversing. The wheel brake (1) also has an automatic readjustment device (7) for readjusting the braking action, which device is arranged in the region of the support (72) and can be deactivated during reversing, wherein the readjustment device (7) has a transmission element (36) that is connected to the actuation device (3).
