PURPOSE: An online advertisement method is provided to display an advertisement on an LCD of a user terminal during a response waiting time, and offer more large sized and various functioned advertisement if the user visits an advertisement agent site by clicking the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: An online advertisement method comprises an advertisement agent server storing banner advertisement data in a member management database, a user mobile terminal, for example a cellular phone, downloading the advertisement data from the advertisement agent server at night, the user terminal displaying the downloaded advertisement stored in a memory of the terminal during a response waiting time after a data search request, uploading the displayed advertisement data to the advertisement agent server at night, and the server calculating an advertisement view compensation cost.
