PURPOSE: A lottery using handy bill on the internet is provided for inserting a lottery function to an existing handy bill and providing various point services in the internet. CONSTITUTION: When a lottery number of a handy bill which is issued by a customer is inputted in the internet or in a corresponding site, it is possible to check whether the lottery is won. In addition, it is possible to selects various kinds of prizes and premiums based on an accumulated point score. The won prizes are inputted through an online based in an electronic payment system. The lottery number of the handy bill is inputted into an internet computer center together with a member registration request. Thereafter, it is possible to check the prizes and premium based on a personal-based accumulated points.
