PURPOSE: A monitoring system having a computer capable of painting and changing a monitoring content is provided for implementing a dynamic correspondence with respect to an installation environment and expansion of a monitoring object. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring system includes a monitoring object such as an elevator(110), a parking facility(120), and a building automatic facility(130), and a plurality of monitoring terminals(300, 300L, 300V and 300E) for monitoring the monitoring objects and displaying the monitored contents. A monitoring terminal(300) is provided. A LCD monitoring terminal(300L) is operated by a control PC. An exclusive terminal(300V) includes a VFD(Vacuum Fluorescent Device).
