PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control valve provided with an electrostrictive actuator capable of securely intermitting the oil pressure. SOLUTION: An outer valve 1 to be slid inside of a holder 12 is pushed by a spring 8 so as to close an outer valve seat 5. When the outer valve 1 is moved by an electrostrictive actuator 17 through a transformer chamber 23 and seated on an inner valve 2 since the high-pressure fuel from a high- pressure port 13 to a back pressure chamber 38 is cut and the pressure of the back pressure chamber 38 is lowered, a needle 27 is lifted so as to open an injection port 35. The low-pressure fuel collected to a drain port 16 can be flowed into the transformer chamber 23 through a clearance. A check valve 14 for maintaining the low-pressure fuel of the port 16 at the predetermined pressure is provided in the downstream of the drain port 16. With this structure, the transformer chamber 23 is maintained at the predetermined pressure, and the generation of bubble in the transformer chamber 23 can be prevented.
