PENT ROOF STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate dazzlement on an indoor side and ensure room illumination by attaching an intermediate pent roof 10 provided with a function for taking in sunlight to an intermediate part in the direction of height of a window opening 2. SOLUTION: An end part 11 on an indoor side of the intermediate pent roof 10 is fixed on a frame 5 stretched over in the direction of frontage in the intermediate part in the direction of height of the window opening 2, a diffusing glass 3 or a translucent glass is fitted into the window opening 2 above the intermediate pent roof 10 to form a daylighting part, and a transparent glass 4 or a translucent glass is fitted into the window opening 2 below the intermediate pent roof 10. A metallic plate such as a stainless steel plate, a plated steel plate, and a painted steel plate in which a plurality of ribs extending from the end part on the indoor side to an end part on an eaves side are formed is used in the intermediate pent roof 10.
