PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of executing an in-rock storage facility capable of preventing a scaffold cost from increasing and performing an operation at any level to increase a workability and, in addition, loosening a timbering specification using lining material as a mold form when back-fill concrete is placed. SOLUTION: Water W is filled into a hollow 12 to form a water surface WS, a working scaffold 13 is floated on the water surface WS, and the side wall parts 23 and a ceiling part 27 of the hollow 12 are executed by utilizing the working scaffold 13. In addition, the back-fill concrete C is placed in the water W.
