A distribution content providing method using a mobile terminal and a system thereof are disclosed. The distribution content providing method using a mobile terminal given in one embodiment of the present invention to resolve the technical task includes: a step where the distribution content providing system sends a first distribution message corresponding to certain content to a first mobile terminal of a first user; a step where the system receives the mobile phone number of at least one second user and a sending request from the first mobile terminal using the distribution message; a step where the system sends a second distribution message corresponding to the distribution content to a mobile terminal corresponding to the mobile phone number of the second user in response to the received sending request; and a step where the system generates data about a sending channel to confirm that the first user sends a message corresponding to the distribution content to the second user.
