The invention relates to a linear guide for a transport table, especially for scanning and printing devices and for machine tools. Carts (3, 3' and 4, 4') are placed on the transport table (5) for mounting said transport table (5) in the guide rails (2, 2'). The carts (3, 3') assigned to one of the guide rails (2) are rigidly attached to the relevant guide rail (2) while the carts (4, 4') assigned to the other guide rail (2') are resiliently coupled to the relevant guide rail (2') by means of a limb structure (6, 6') thereby producing a connection with positive fit between the guide rails (2, 2') and the carts (3, 3' and 4, 4') forcing the table to move in a single direction. |
