The present invention relates to an electronic device having a floating panel comprising a display bracket; a panel provided at the front surface of the display bracket for sensing a touch for a button input and providing visual information; an actuator provided at the panel and providing a haptic signal corresponding to the button input; an elastic member provided between the panel and the display bracket and elastically supporting the panel to be floated while being separated from the display bracket; and a stopper movably fixing the panel raised and supported by the elastic member at the display bracket.
