The present invention relates to a high polymer dielectric based driver and a tactual sensation generating device using the same for easily delivering the sensations of a multi-channel to a user by using a driver providing a tactile sensation and kinaesthesia. The present invention comprises a kinaesthesia generating means (110) providing kinaesthesia corresponding to the touch of the user on a control panel and generating a signal sensing a position or a direction corresponding to the touch of the user; and a tactile sensation generating means (120) generating the tactile sensation to be expressed based on the signal of the kinaesthesia generating means. Therefore, disclosed is the tactual sensation generating device capable of delivering the sensations of the multi-channel.
