The assignment of the present invention is to provide a polymerizable liquid crystal composition which shows fine coverage even if solvent resistance of a support substrate is low and has uniform orientation properties. In order to solve the assignment, the present invention adjusts a polymerizable liquid crystal composition which includes an acrylate based polymerizable liquid compound; a compound represented by formula (3); and a non-liquid crystal polymerizable compound having an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group as a reactive part in one molecule and a functional group including a hydroxyl group as a reactive dilution solvent. By coating and drying the polymerizable liquid crystal composition on a support substrate and irradiating lights, the support substrate can have fine coverage even when the solvent resistance of the support substrate is low, and the polymerizable liquid crystal film with uniform orientation properties can be obtained. |
