It is intended to establish a convenient and highly sensitive method of detecting hEPR and provide a novel method of detecting a human tumor expressing hEPR. More specifically speaking, a monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing human epiregulin (hEPR), a hybridoma producing the same and a highly sensitive method of detecting hEPR using the antibody.
