SOLUTION: This lead frame 1 has stage parts 7, 9 for mounting physical quantity sensor chips 3, 5 of substantially rectangular shape in top view, a rectangular frame part 13 formed frame-likely into a substantially rectangular shape in top view to surround the stage parts 7, 9, a plurality of leads 15 projected inwards from respective sides 13a-13d of an inner area S1 partitioned by the rectangular frame part 13, and connecting parts 16, 17 for connecting the stage parts 7, 9 to the rectangular frame part 13, The stage parts 7, 9 are arranged in the vicinity of angled parts 13e, 13g of the inner area S1, surfaces 7a, 9a thereof are formed smaller than those of the physical quantity sensor chips 3, 5, the connecting parts 16, 17 have an easily deformable part for moving and inclining the stage parts 7, 9 around a reference axial line L2, as the center, arranged inclinedly with respect to the respective sides of the inner area S1, and the stage parts 7, 9 are constituted to arrange one-sides 3a, 5a of the physical quantity sensor chips 3, 5 along the reference axial line L2.
